Specialist support for relationships, individuals, and therapists

Rahmah's work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, humanistic, psychodynamic, and process-based approaches. The practice supports clients and therapists through safe, reflective, clinically grounded work.

Couples Therapy

With advanced training in both the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, Sarah provides a trauma-informed integrative approach that is both practical and deeply emotional.

Clinical Supervision

Sarah provides supervision for qualified and trainee therapists and psychologists working with adult individuals across different modalities.

Group Supervision

Sarah provides supervision to therapists working with individuals in a group setting. Groups are available online and in person, with each group comprising between 2 and 5 therapists.
