About Rahmah

A specialist space for relational healing

Rahmah was founded out of a recognition of two growing needs: couples in distress seeking trained specialist support, and a widespread untapped awareness of the transformative potential of quality couples therapy

The practice combines direct clinical care with a long-term commitment to professional trainings and workshops for the therapeutic community — building a considered, ethical infrastructure for relationship & couples therapy in Pakistan.

Clinical approach

Trauma-informed, process-based relationship work

Rahmah's clinical approach is grounded in specialised training in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. The work focuses not only on communication skills or surface-level behaviour change, but on safety, trust, emotional patterns, attachment dynamics and the protective cycles that often sit beneath conflict.
